Park West's Business center comprise the commercial establishments along Park West Boulevard, commencing at the traffic circle immediately upon entering Park West from Highway 17. Completed and in operation are:

The Shoppes at Park West, including Publix, Dry Clean USA, The Loop and Ladies Workout Express, Cingular Wireless, Pak Mail, Nova Nail, Great Clips, O'Neil's Spirits, Mt. Pleasant Family Health Group, Dr. Joe Markovich, The Salon at Park West and a Thai restaurant are tenants. Heritage Trust is expected to construct in the near future a credit union contiguous to The Shoppes.

The Plaza at Park West, including Rae's Dry Cleaners, Ultra Tan, Illusions Hair Studio, Art Werx - Framing and Galleria, Ooh La La (specialty foods), Just Chill and  Pro Nails.

The Offices at Park West include East Cooper Family Practice, Park West Pediatrics, Park West Veterinary, Dr. Jens Franzen Chiropractic, Park West Dentistry, Stepping Stones Day Care, Creative Worksite Solutions, Inc., Trio Solutions, Inc., Top Ten Karate, Bay Tree Orthodontics, Park West Pediatric and Cambridge Square Dance Academy are tenants.

East Shore Athletic Club, a full-service state-of-the-art health club.

The Sunshine House, a child-care center.

Under construction and/or pending construction are:

Baxley Development, a multi-purpose facility contiguous to The Plaza at Park West for executive offices and specialty boutique retail. A development schedule will be published as soon as it is released.

Laurel Bay Health Care, a 10,000 square-foot, bi-level building to be constructed as the corporate headquarters of Laure Bay Health Care.

Case Properties, a multi-purpose facility in Park West to be known as Pro Level Sports, which will cater to baseball, soccer and strength training, behind the Sunshine House.

Point Hope, a United Methodist Church, is planned.
