What sort of Associations are there at Park West?

There are three types of homeowner associations at Park West:

• The Park West Master Association
  
• Park West Amenities Association
  
• Park West Neighborhood Associations

Is participation mandatory?

Park West is a young, thriving community that holds itself to high and exacting standards. As such, our Master Association, Amenities Association, and individual Neighborhood Associations are mandatory with one exception. Apartment and condominium property owners are not required to join the Amenity Association, but may apply for membership on an annual basis. However, membership is not on an individual one, but rather for the entire neighborhood.
