There are many establishments in operation now in the Business Center, e.g., The Shoppes at Park West, The Plaza at Park West, The Offices at Park West, The Sunshine House, and East Shore Athletic Club. Others under construction.

No businesses are in operation yet in the Town Village as development has just started, the first phase of which will be live-work townhomes.
